About Us

Powercorp Property Services is a Boutique Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services Company based in Victoria with its core business being National Corporate Cleaning Services. We are privately independent and totally 100% Australian Owned & Family Operated Company that provides its clients with service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with extensive experience in fulfilling contracts for all sizes of Commercial businesses.

Managing Director, Angelo Varthalis has been elected to the Victorian committee of the Building Services Contractor’s Association of Australia (BSCAA). Our capabilities currently include over 25 dedicated team members with access to additional staff to meet additional demand and replacement as required.

Our Head Office / Help Desk, with Managers & Supervisors available to Cleaning Attendants and Clients 24 hours a day, 7 day a week. We have both the personnel and financial resources to carry out cleaning contracts ranging from small suburban offices to multi-million dollar national contracts.

All our staff regularly attend industry events, expos, equipment and product training.

Managing Director – Angelo Varthalis

Angelo Varthalis, Managing Director, is the founding owner of Powercorp Property Group of Companies and the driving force behind the company’s slow growth and successes over the past years. Angelo is responsible for the overall Management of Powercorp Services.

Angelo is a hands-on manager with a deep commitment, a desire for perfection in cleaning and complete facilities management. From the very top of the company, through every department and branch, our philosophy is guided by Angelo’s desire for excellence
Angelo will be assembling a highly skilled management team & Board of Directors in the very near future to deploy the skills and talents necessary to mould Powercorp into becoming the industry leaders.This will enable Angelo to devote his focus and full attention to key client relationships and service delivery that will ensure Powercorp meets or exceeds our client’s expectation.
To date Angelo has built up a specialised cleaning business which has gained a proud reputation for providing excellent standards of service, superb quality, and premium customer service to the commercial industry. Angelo serves on the Victorian division of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA) as a committee member.
